All About Me

I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of pain-free massage therapy since 2018. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the power of the gentle healing arts.

As a well-regarded Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and modern medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.

When I'm not practicing, I enjoy spending quality time with my two young sons, Ryan and Lucas, and our Basset hounds, Wubby and Sushi

My Mission

I wish to demonstrate that with effective therapeutic massage, healing can feel great. I was blessed with a career that helps me to restore the health of my clients and improve their lives through manual therapy as well as complementary treatments such as cupping and gua sha. I am mainly a dedicated Massage Therapist, but I often use or recommend these and other alternative methods for ongoing treatment. I work closely with a number of local chiropractors, acupuncturists, and even other, more heavy-handed massage therapists so that I can help you with the most informed possible referrals when necessary. My ultimate goal is to heal, but also to teach my clients a better approach to their own health. Get in touch to find out what I can offer you.

2017-2018

Finger Lakes School of Massage

I am nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCMTB), and a proud graduate of the internationally renowned Finger Lakes School of Massage (FLSM) in Ithaca NY. FLSM's program offered some of the finest instruction in the country in a wide variety of manual therapies where I graduated among the top of my class.

While national certification sets demanding standards, New York State sets the bar significantly higher. New York State licensure requirements for massage therapy are hands down the most rigorous in the United States, with extensive Anatomy, Physiology and pathophysiology courses in addition to clinical instruction. With ongoing dedication to continuing Ed and the highest professional standards in the United States, you can rest assured you are in good hands.
